As the parent/guardian of the above student, I give permission for my child to attend Rule the Bull/Grey Stone Church on and off campus events. I do not hold Grey Stone Church liable for any injury, accidents, or illnesses incurred. I understand that Grey Stone Church does not carry insurance on my child and will not assume responsibility for expenses resulting from accidents.
